On request if we have no changeover on your day of check out we can do a later check for all of our guests who booked direct with us, only if we do not have guest arriving same day at check-out as we need 4 hours to do a changeover & get ready for next guests arrival.
Luggage Storage
Storage Before Check-in: If you arrive to Pinehurst before check-in time, you may leave your bags with Pinehurst Luxury Rentals. Please message us and we will give you further directions on where to drop-off the bags. The bags will meet you at the Ramsey Cottage.
Storage After Check-out: If you wish to continue your journey in Pinehurst after check-out time, send us a message and we can coordinate luggage storage in the garage of the property or at a Pinehurst Luxury Rentals location.

Carriage Rides in Downtown Pinehurst
Explore the historic homes and charming streets of the Village of Pinehurst in the comfort of a horse-drawn carriage. Frederick Law Olmsted, who designed Central Park, created the Village to mirror a New England-style village with winding paths that encourage exploration. The carriage seats four comfortably.

The Tuffs Archives
Located within The Given Library, across from The Holly Inn, is the Tufts Archives, which displays the rich heritage and history of Pinehurst. On exhibit are original maps of Donald Ross’s courses, photos of The Village since 1895 and various artifacts from the founders of the Village. Visitors will also find James W. Tufts’ original marble and silver 19th century Soda Fountain machine and more than 125,000 historic images.
The Tufts Archives is free and open to the public. Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday. For information, call (910) 295-3642
Weymouth Woods Nature Preserve
Weymouth Woods is an 898-acre area located in the midst of an enormous nature preserve, which offers a distinctive experience, as its goal is to preserve and portray the natural features unique to this region. Learn more about the fascinating species and plants indigenous to the south-central North Carolina environment.

Pinehurst Village Arboretum
The Village Arboretum is a 33-acre facility located near Village Hall, a short walk from The Carolina Hotel. It contains a large open lawn area, a Pergola Garden and 3 miles of natural walking trails.
The Pinehurst Greenway Trail system features more than 4 miles of walking and bicycle trails and winds throughout The Village.
The Campbell House
Originally built as part of James Boyd’s home in 1903, Boyd’s heirs sold part of the property, to Major W.D. Campbell in the early 1920s, who in turn gave the property to the city of Southern Pines in 1966. At the request of the Campbell family, their residence was to be used for the “cultural and social enrichment of the community.” The Campbell House is now home to the Visual Arts Program of the Arts Council of Moore County. Monthly exhibits showcase artwork from local, regional and national artists.

Directions From Community Entrance: Turn left like you are going to the club house and Cochran Castle Circle is to the left of the club house.
Parking
Up to 4 vehicles can park in driveway and additional vehicles can park at complimentary cottages parking SW of tennis courts – cannot miss it as you pass it while driving to house
Parking is secure at Ramsey Cottage and is in a gated community therefore safe for all vehicles.

Getting Around:
We highly recommend renting a car from the airport or using ride-sharing services such as Lyft or Uber.
Pinehurst is a small, quaint town with unmatched beauty and charm. Ride-sharing services are not as abundant here, like other large cities. Please keep this in mind when arranging services.

Availability
We cannot guarantee availability at every golf course with your requested dates and times. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Golf courses book up quickly! The more time you allow us to book your tee-times, the more we can help facilitate your request.
Rates
Each golf course has their own seasonal rates. We work with a wide range of golf courses and guarantee the best prices! We will e-mail you a quote / invoice for the requested golf courses.
Deposit / Payment
To reserve your requested tee-times, each golfer must pay a $50 deposit to lock-in the dates and rates. You can either pay the entire invoice at once or pay overtime as you near your arrival.
All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival date. The package may be cancelled due to lack of payment if within 30 days of arrival the full payment has not been received.
CANCELLATION / ITINERARY CHANGES POLICY
CHANGES: All changes to your golf itinerary must be made through Luxury Rentals of Carolina during normal business hours and by the group leader only.
RAIN-OUT: Course policy is that if the course is open there are no refunds given by our company. If the course is open, you are expected to play. If you do not wish to play, you are only entitled to a rain check if the course is willing to issue one. If the course is closed, then the course will either issue rain checks to you directly at the course or notify Luxury Rentals of Carolina for that round will be refunded to the group. Method of refund will be coordinated by the Packager and the Group Leader. If the group or an individual is a no-show/no-call, the course will not issue you rain checks after your scheduled day-of-play. Rain checks cannot be issued after groups’ departure.
CANCELLATIONS:
Golf:
Booking date – 31 days prior to first round, $50 per person cancellation fee
30 – 15 days prior to first round, $200 per person cancellation fee
14 days prior to first round, no refunds can be given
This applies to cancellation an individual from a tee time or cancellation the entire tee time.
